The importance to social out reach prograns are that they provide things for other people. it helps other people, so it is doing a good deed. Yes i think this project would be very successful, and meet the goals for the project. I think this program is very unique and its is its own idea, no one else will think of something like that. It's a very creative idea as well. I think it may or may not work in a public school environment. It could end up working really well, or things could break and just not be returned or follow the rules involved in the project.
